Double Chocolate Tarts Recipe
1 packet (4 oz) Southern Gourmet Double Chocolate Mousse Mix
1 cup whole milk
1 tsp imitation banana extract
6 prepared graham mini-pie shells
¾ cup strawberry fruit topping or fruit preserves (divided)
1 cup whipped topping
6 sliced strawberries (optional)
- Prepare mousse according to package directions adding banana extract while mixing.
- In each mini-pie shell, spoon 2 Tbsp of strawberry topping into bottom. Spoon 1/3 cup of prepared mousse on top of strawberry topping. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with dollop of whipped topping and sliced strawberry.
Yields 6 tarts
