- Spray mini bundt pans with pan release
- Make up brownie mix to make 12 brownie mini bundts following directions on the packaging
- Remove Brownie bundts from the pan, and allow to cool.
- Make up the Southern Gourmet fudge following package directions, and then add hot water to bring the fudge to a flowing consistency
- Refrigerate fudge mix for 20 minutes to allow to firm up
- Scoop 1 ½ oz of fudge into the center of the brownie bundt and refrigerate, or freeze until needed.
- Microwave for 40 sec until the brownie is warmed and the fudge flows when brownie is cut.
