Ingredients
4 oz Peanut butter cookie dough
1 package Southern Gourmet® Divine Chocolate Fudge Supreme Premium Mix
5 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp milk
4 oz smooth peanut butter
2 oz Chocolate chips
Directions
- Remove the tray from the Southern Gourmet® Chocolate Fudge Premium Mix box. Coat the tray with non-stick-spay.
- Press thawed cookie dough into the pan to evenly cover the base of the tray.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes, or until cookie dough is fully baked. Allow to cool.
- Make up the fudge mix following instructions on the package, and spread onto the cookie base.
- Spread fudge with smoothie peanut butter.
- Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler, and drizzle on the peanut butter.
- Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to allow everything to set, and allow for ease of cutting.
