Double Peanut Butter Fudge Bar

4 oz  Peanut butter cookie dough
1 package Southern Gourmet® Divine Chocolate Fudge Supreme Premium Mix
5 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp milk
4 oz smooth peanut butter
2 oz Chocolate chips


  1. Remove the tray from the Southern Gourmet® Chocolate Fudge Premium Mix  box. Coat the tray with non-stick-spay.
  2. Press thawed cookie dough into the pan to evenly cover the base of the tray.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes, or until cookie dough is fully baked. Allow to cool.
  4. Make up the fudge mix following instructions on the package, and spread onto the cookie base.
  5. Spread fudge with smoothie peanut butter.
  6. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler, and drizzle on the peanut butter.
  7. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to allow everything to set, and allow for ease of cutting.
