Molten Brownies

molten-brownieIngredients:
12 Mini Bundt Brownies
1 Box Southern Gourmet Chocolate Fudge Supreme Mix
5 oz Butter
3 Tbsp Milk
2 Tbsp Hot water

Directions:

  1. Spray mini bundt pans with pan release
  2. Make up brownie mix to make 12 brownie mini bundts following directions on the packaging
  3. Remove Brownie bundts from the pan, and allow to cool.
  4. Make up the Southern Gourmet fudge following package directions, and then add hot water to bring the fudge to a flowing consistency
  5. Refrigerate fudge mix for 20 minutes to allow to firm up
  6. Scoop 1 ½ oz of fudge into the center of the brownie bundt and refrigerate, or freeze until needed.
  7. Microwave for 40 sec until the brownie is warmed and the fudge flows when brownie is cut.
