Valentine’s Day Cookies & Cream Fudge

Ingredients
4 oz refrigerated sugar cookie dough
5 Tbsp melted butter
3 Tbsp milk
1 carton (12.0 oz) Southern Gourmet® Awesome Cookies & Cream Fudge Premium Mix Kit
1/4 tsp red food color
6 oz white chocolate
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove tray from carton. Coat tray with cooking spray. Press cookie dough evenly onto the bottom of tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set. Cool completely on a wire rack.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and milk with contents of Southern Gourmet® Awesome Cookies and Cream Fudge Mix packet, add chopped cherries and red food color. Mix at low speed or stir briskly until well combined. Spread over cooled cookie.
- Using a double broiler, melt chocolate; gently spread over fudge. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Cover and place in freezer for 10 minutes. Cut into squares.
